The Inclusion Hub Exchange is an emerging charitable initiative preparing to register as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). While formal registration is in progress, we operate on a public‑benefit basis and follow the principles of charity law and Charity Commission guidance.

Our purpose is to:

• Advance equality, diversity and inclusion within the built environment.
• Promote psychological safety, wellbeing and inclusive leadership.
• Support skills retention and progression across the sector.
• Provide safe, confidential peer‑support environments.
• Amplify underrepresented voices and lived experience in a responsible and ethical manner.

The Inclusion Hub Exchange operates independently of any single professional body, while maintaining constructive relationships with institutions, employers and sector leaders to support a more inclusive and equitable industry.
